Phlegtum is a Russian musical project from Saint Petersburg that creates electronic music. The project’s style is often described as soundtracks for non-existent games from the early 2000s. Phlegtum’s music combines dynamic broken beats, atmospheric industrial, elements of cyberpunk, and melancholic vocals.
